How long does standard delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What is your return policy for healthcare products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened medicinal products or personal care items unless they are faulty. Unopened items can be returned within 28 days.
Can I track my prescription order online?
Yes, once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacists and dispatched, you can track its progress through the 'My Account' section or via the link in your shipping confirmation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Yes, Click & Collect is available at over 1,000 LloydsPharmacy locations. Most orders are ready for pickup within 2 to 4 hours, subject to stock availability.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
