How to use

1. One capful measures 5ml.
2. Bath: Add 10ml of bath oil to an adult’s bath or 5ml to a baby’s bath.
3. Bathe for 5 to 10 minutes, then pat skin dry.
4. Shower: Rub gently onto wet skin, leave for a few minutes, briefly rinse, and pat skin dry.
