How to use

1. Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle on first use.
2. To moisturise: Keep head straight and spray once or twice into each nostril. Blow nose afterwards.
3. To deeply cleanse: Tilt head to one side and spray into the upper nostril. Allow excess to drain before blowing nose.
4. Clean the nozzle in hot water and dry after each use.
5. Use 2–6 times daily or as recommended by a doctor.
